In preparation for our trip, I wanted some new spring pieces but didn't want to break the bank. I snagged this bright floral blouse, sunglasses and nude braided sandals for less than $50! I know right, what a deal!

Dane and I are enjoyed our first day in beautiful Savannah, GA. In our travels, we stopped in Raleigh to catch up with some of my best friends from college. In preparation for our trip, I wanted some new spring pieces but didn't want to break the bank. I snagged this bright floral blouse, sunglasses and nude braided sandals for less than $50! I know right, what a deal! Yesterday, we spent the day strolling the historic streets of Savannah and checking out some of the popular spots. We stopped into Savannah Bee Company, Jens and Friends and ended the night at The Olde Pink House Restaurant. This restaurant gets its name from its pink exterior. It ended up being the perfect backdrop for pictures! We have made it half way through the work week and I am definitely looking forward to Friday. I am still catching up on sleep from a busy weekend. Dane and I have been taking on more renovation projects for friends and coworkers. Over the weekend, we began renovating a basement studio in Adams Morgan. While Dane completely demolished the bathroom, I helped remove tack board from the floors. Its a great hamstring workout! LOL :) I love having a handy and hardworking husband. After work, he has been going into DC to do some more work on the studio. Nothing makes an outfit more exciting than a little pop of color. I paired this orange blazer with a plaid mock turtleneck, my favorite jeans and neutral accessories. I love the way the orange and grey compliment each other. The turtleneck I am wearing is from Old Navy and is unfortunately out of stock, but I have linked a great top that will go perfectly with this blazer. It's also 40% off! This Tory Burch tote is so great! It has been doing double duty...work bag and purse. I have to rave about Citizens of Humanity jeans, because they are one of the only companies that makes a petite size that actually fits my 5 foot frame.
